ITSM ISO 20000 Training

ITSM ISO 20000 training ISO 20000-1 is the international standard for quality management specifically focused around IT service management. CAAC provides a range of ISO 20000 IT Services training courses. Each training track has been designed with the specific set of learning objectives that meets the requirement of the ISO 20000 IT Services management systems standard.

The ISO 20000-1 standard aids businesses by ensuring the effective running and delivery of IT services within their organization; driving customer focus and continually improving ITSM processes.

CAAC offers three levels of ITSM certifications:
A) Advanced Level Course - CAAC Certified ISO/IEC 20000 Internal Auditor (2 days)

• Day 1: Introduction to ITSMS concepts as required by ISO 20000
• Day 2: Implementing the ITSMS processes based on ISO 20000

B) Advanced Level Course - CAAC Certified ISO/IEC 20000 Lead Auditor or Implementer (3 days)

• Day 1: Introduction to ITSMS concepts
• Day 2: Planning and Conducting an ISO 20000 audit
• Day 3: Concluding and ensuring the follow-up of an ISO 20000 audit

C) Advanced Level Course - CAAC Certified ISO/IEC 20000 Lead Auditor and Implementer (5 days)

• Day 1: Introduction to ITSMS concepts
• Day 2: Planning and Conducting an ISO 20000 audit
• Day 3: Implementing an ITSMS based on ISO 20000
• Day 4: Controlling, monitoring and measuring and improving an ITSMS
• Day 5: Concluding and ensuring the follow-up of an ISO 20000 audit

Examination and certification

• The Certified ISO/IEC 20000 Internal Auditor/Lead auditor/Lead Implementer exam fully meets the exam and certification requirements of CAAC.
• Duration of exam ranges from 1 hour to 3 hours depending on the exam.
• After successfully completing the exam, participants can apply for the credentials of Certified ISO/IEC 20000 Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer, depending on their level of experience and exam.
• Certificate will be issued to participants who successfully pass the exam and comply with all the other requirements related to the selected credential.

• A student manualwill be distributed to participants
• A certification of participation will be issued to all attendees.
• In case of failure of the exam, participants are eligible to retake the exam up to one year by paying only exam fee
