ISO 22000 standard is globally recognized and written by the Food Industry experts for the Food Industry. This standard aims to harmonize the requirements for food safety management throughout the food supply chain.
CAAC offers three levels of FSMS certifications:
A) Advanced Level Course - CAAC Certified ISO 22000 Internal Auditor (2 days)
- Day 1: Introduction to Food Safety Management System (FSMS) concepts as required by ISO 22000
- Day 2: Implementation of a FSMS 22000 requirements
- Day 1: Introduction to Food Safety Management System (FSMS) concepts as required by ISO 22000
- Day 2: Planning, Initiating and Conducting an ISO 22000 audit
- Day 3: Concluding and ensuring the follow-up of an ISO 22000 audit
- Day 1: Introduction to Food Safety Management System (FSMS) concepts as required by ISO 22000
- Day 2: Planning, Initiating and Conducting an ISO 22000 audit
- Day 3: Implementing the FSMS based on ISO 22000 audit
- Day 4: Controlling, monitoring and measuring and improving the FSMS audit
- Day 5: Concluding and ensuring the follow-up of an ISO 22000 audit
- The Certified ISO 22000 Internal Auditor/Lead auditor/Lead Implementer exam fully meets the exam and certification requirements of CAAC.
- Duration of exam ranges from 1 hour to 3 hours depending on the exam.
- After successfully completing the exam, participants can apply for the credentials of Certified ISO 22000 Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer, depending on their level of experience and exam.
- Certificate will be issued to participants who successfully pass the exam and comply with all the other requirements related to the selected credential.
- Certification fees are included in the exam price
- A student manualwill be distributed to participants
- A certification of participation will be issued to all attendees.
- In case of failure of the exam, participants are eligible to retake the exam up to one year by paying only exam fee.
